Pet Waste Service Customer Portal: Call Instead

Garrick Malone • October 31, 2026

A1 has no pet waste service customer portal. Call 702-521-2624 to skip a visit, change a day, update a gate, or pay the mailed invoice.

Searching for a pet waste service customer portal will keep showing other companies' logins. A1 Pet Waste Maintenance does not have one. There is no app, no password, and no online account to open. Existing customers in Southern Nevada and Tucson manage the route by phone at 702-521-2624, and they pay the mailed invoice on the billing pages.

Call 702-521-2624 to change your service

Call checklist: name, service address and city, regular day, the request in one line, the start date, and a callback number. Use that list for a skip, a cadence change, a gate note, or a stop. Short policy answers still live on the billing FAQs. This page is the phone path those answers point to.

Why there is no pet waste service customer portal

A1 Pet Waste Maintenance started in 1998 and still runs routes by phone. The office mails invoices, takes skip requests, and changes a schedule when you call. It does not hand customers a dashboard. If a page asks you to create a password for A1, that page is not A1.

Other scooping companies sell software logins. Those logins can show a calendar, a stored card, or a photo of the yard. A1 does not offer that product. Do not type the A1 phone number or your service address into a portal that belongs to another brand. You will not reach the Las Vegas office that way, and you may hand a stranger your payment details.

The public site still handles the jobs a portal would pretend to do. New customers use the sign-up form. Current customers call the office. Payments go through the invoice page. The contact form is for a message that can wait. A same-week skip should be a phone call so the office hears it before the truck rolls.

There is no service contract to sign online or on paper. Service can start and stop with a phone call. A portal would put a login between you and that call. A password reset would not reach the person who builds the Tuesday route.

Side gate latch with work gloves and a scooper in a Southern Nevada yardKeep a short note by the phone with your service day, dog count, and gate plan. That note is your working record. The office does not display it on a screen, so say it clearly when you call. Repeat the address even if you have been a customer for years. The note is matched to the yard, not to an email login.

What you can change by phone

Call the office for any change that affects the next visit. The technician is on a route. A web form sent the morning of service may sit unread until the truck has already passed your street. Tell the office at least 24 hours before your regular service day if you want to suspend that visit.

These are the requests the office can take on a call:

  • Skip one visit. Call at least 24 hours before the regular day. You are not charged for that suspended visit.
  • Change how often the crew comes. Most customers use once a week. You can ask for more than once a week, or for fewer than four visits a month.
  • Give a gate key or a lock combination so the crew does not have to find you at home.
  • Ask the office to note a dog that will not allow a stranger into the yard. Restrain or confine that dog on service day.
  • Stop or pause service. No contract has to be canceled online. A phone call is enough.
  • Ask about a one-time or short-term cleanup instead of a weekly route.
  • Ask why an invoice amount changed after a missed gate or a blocked yard.

Two outcomes are not optional, and a login would not erase them. If the gate is locked, or a dog will not allow the crew in, the visit cannot be done and the regular monthly rate still applies. A skip you never called in is not a free week. Call before the day, not after the truck has left.

Rain and holidays are office decisions, not buttons you press. Missed rain days are most often made up within two days. If your day falls on an observed holiday, service moves to another day that same week. If the makeup day will not work, call and say so. The office can move a holiday visit inside that week. It cannot guess which afternoon you will be out of town.

How to place the call

Use 702-521-2624. Email a1petmaintenance@gmail.com works for a note that can wait. It is a poor tool for a skip due tomorrow. Have these facts ready so the office does not have to guess which yard you mean.

  1. Say your name and the service address, including the city. Southern Nevada and Tucson are both on the books. The city keeps the routes apart.
  2. Say the regular service day if you know it, and whether you are on a weekly plan or a less frequent one.
  3. Name the request in one line. Skip next Tuesday. Add a second visit each week. Stop after this month. Update the gate code before the next visit.
  4. Give the date the change should start, and the date it should end if it is temporary.
  5. Mention dog count only if it changed. A new dog can change the visit, and the office needs that before the next invoice.
  6. Leave a callback number. If the office has to confirm a holiday move or a locked gate, that number is how they reach you.

Write down the name of the person you spoke with and the date. A1 does not email you a ticket number. Your written note is the record you will have. If you call again, repeat that date so the second person can find the first request.

If you are brand new, do not wait on a portal invite that will never arrive. Use the sign-up form or call the same number. The first payment is due when service starts. After that, the mailed invoice is the bill. The homepage shows one visit a week and two visits a week by dog count. Ask the office which plan fits. The person on the phone matches dog count to the published plan and tells you what the next invoice should show.

Phone requests versus a login portal

People look for a pet waste service customer portal because other vendors trained them to expect one. The table is the practical difference for an A1 customer. It is not a promise that A1 will add software later.

Do not expect a text, a photo, or a map pin from A1. The office can tell you the day. It does not push a notification to your phone. A locked gate or a dog that blocks the crew still bills the regular monthly rate. A called skip, 24 hours ahead, does not. That warning lives on the billing FAQ, not inside an account alert.

How invoices work without a login

All customer invoices are mailed on the 20th day of the month. They bill the upcoming service month, not the month that just ended. An invoice mailed in January covers February service. Payments are due on the 1st. You can pay on the website without creating an account. The billing FAQ covers the rest of the payment policy, including what happens when a bill sits unpaid. This page does not restate those charges.

You can pay without creating an account. The pay invoice page explains the mail address and the PayPal button. Cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, and credit card through PayPal are accepted. Make documents payable to A1 PET. You can hand a payment to a representative or mail it to A1 PET, Inc., 8414 W. Farm Rd, Suite 180, Las Vegas, NV 89131. The separate PayPal payments page is the same card path if you already know the amount due.

If service starts mid-month, the first payment is pro-rated and due at the start. You are then billed on the regular cycle. A first visit on a yard that has been skipped for a long time can cost more than the regular month. Ask the office what that first visit will be. Do not look for a setup fee inside an account you cannot open.

One-time cleanups are a different job from the weekly route. The one-time cleanup page lists the public rates. Call for that visit the same way you would call for a skip. Do not look for it inside an account menu.

If the amount on the invoice looks wrong, call before you pay it. Bring the invoice date, the service address, and what you asked to change. A skipped visit you called in 24 hours ahead should not be billed. A week the crew could not enter still can be. The office can explain which one you have.

What to say for skips, gates, and dogs

A useful call is specific. "Cancel my portal visit" does not tell the office which Tuesday you mean. Use the lines below, then add your address.

Skip one week

Say the service day, the date to skip, and the date to resume. Ask the person to confirm you are inside the 24-hour window. If you are not, ask what the invoice will do. Do not assume a website form replaced the call.

Gate access

Employees will not climb or jump a fence. The gate needs to be unlocked, or the office needs a key or a combination. Say which latch, and whether a pool gate is separate from the side gate. If you change the code, call again the same day. An old code is the same as a locked gate. The crew will not climb the fence to test a second latch, and the monthly rate still applies if they cannot enter.

Dog in the yard

Most dogs can stay in the yard. Some will not let a stranger in. If you know that is your dog, say so and confine the dog on service day. The crew will not take an unnecessary risk. If they cannot enter, the monthly rate still applies. Confining the dog for the visit is the fix. The office should hear about it before the driver arrives.

Stop or pause for travel

A long pause is still a phone request. Give the last service date and the date you want visits to start again. If you only need a single cleanup when you get home, ask for the one-time visit instead of restarting the weekly plan by accident.

Yard waste left in place is not only an invoice issue. Clark County Water Quality says pet waste can wash into storm drains. From there it can move toward the Las Vegas Wash and Lake Mead. The county asks people to bag waste for the trash or flush it. Their scoop pet poop flyer is the local water-quality note. The EPA's pet waste management fact sheet makes the same point for cities. Stormwater can carry left-behind waste into streams. A skipped week you planned is fine. A month of piles because you were hunting for a login is not.

Southern Nevada and Tucson use the same phone

A1 services Southern Nevada and Tucson, Arizona. Both use the same phone number and the same invoice calendar. There is not a separate Tucson portal or a Henderson login. Say the city when you call so the note lands on the right route. The Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas service area page is the Southern Nevada map. It is not an account screen.

The office does not publish a street-by-street map inside an account. If you are unsure the route covers your address, ask on the call before you plan a skip around a visit that was never set. New Tucson and Las Vegas customers still start with the sign-up form or the phone, not with a password reset.

Commercial yards, kennels, and home routes share the same rule. There is no online account. A property manager who wants a different cadence, a holiday hold, or a gate code for a community still calls. Do not send residents to a portal link. Send them the phone number and the pay invoice page. A shared login would not tell the driver which building gate changed overnight.

Frequently asked questions

Does A1 have a pet waste service customer portal?

No. A1 has no customer portal, no mobile app, and no online account to open. Call 702-521-2624 for skips, schedule changes, gate notes, and stops. Pay the mailed invoice on the billing pages.

How do I skip a visit if I cannot log in?

You were never supposed to log in. Call the office at least 24 hours before your regular service day and name the date to suspend. That called skip is not charged. A locked gate or a dog that blocks the crew is different, and the regular monthly rate still applies.

How do I pay an A1 invoice without an account?

Invoices are mailed on the 20th and are due on the 1st. Pay by mail, hand a payment to a representative, or use the Pay Invoice page. PayPal processes the credit card payment. You type the amount due on that page. You do not create a password.

Can I change my service day online?

No. There is no online day picker. Call the office and ask for the day that fits the route. Most customers are on one visit a week. The office can also set two visits a week, or fewer than four visits a month. Holiday visits move to another day in the same week. Rain makeup is usually within two days.

What if a website asks me to reset an A1 password?

Leave that page without entering a card or a password. A1 does not issue customer passwords. Use the phone number on a1-pet.com or the contact form. Do not enter a card number on a login screen that is not the Pay Invoice or PayPal payments page.

Call the office, not a login screen

Searching for a pet waste service customer portal will keep showing other companies' logins. None of those logins manage an A1 route. Call 702-521-2624 at least a day before you need a skip, a new cadence, a gate note, or a stop. Pay the mailed invoice by the 1st on the billing page if you would rather not mail a check. That is the whole account system, and it is already open.
