Frequently

Asked Questions

  • Are there any service contracts to sign?

No. Service can start and stop with only a phone call.

  • How often does our company come out?

Most of our costumers prefer service once a week. However, we cater the frequency of service days to our client's needs. Please let us know if your need service more than once a week or less than four times monthly.

  • What happens when it rains?

Missed service service days are most often made-up within a two day period.

  • What about holidays?

If your scheduled service day falls on an observed holiday your service will be rescheduled to another day within that week.

  • Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Our employees will not climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a gate lock key or lock combination if that will be more convenient for you.

  • Can we work with your dog in the yard?

In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow our workers into a yard. If you know that your dog is not friendly with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to service the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine your pet. We will not take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.

  • What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged if you contact our  office at least 24 hours prior to your regular service day to advise us that you would like to temporarily suspend service. HOWEVER; if a gate is locked or a dog will not allow us to service a property, clients will be charged their regular monthly rate.

  • How do I pay you?

Your first payment is due when service starts. All customer invoices are mailed out on the 20th day of the month. These invoices will reflect the amount due for the upcoming service month. Payments are due on the 1st day of the month and can be submitted online using our website. A late fee of $10.00 may be charged to accounts not paid by the 10th day of the service month. There is also a $15.00 returned check fee.

Accounts more than 60 days past due will be referred to NATIONAL COLLECTION AGENCY for collecting of past due obligations.

  • Is there an extra charge for the first time?

There may be a start charge for the first service if there is an excessive accumulation of waste. This charge ranges from  $50 to $100.

  • Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?

Yes! One-time-only or short-term service is also available.
